"I think everyone makes a difference in their own way. I am motivated to make a difference in my family, at my job and in the community by helping others, and being kind, respectful and encouraging. I think small differences like these can spark big changes in the world around me."

What are you going to be for Halloween?

"I'm not sure yet, but it will probably involve a tiara and sparkles -- two of my favorite things!"
