Devon Energy's headquarters building, 20 N Broadway Ave., sold for $22.5 million to 20 Broadway Associates LLC. The 19-story, 323,020-square-foot corporate office tower was built in 1981.

Ford Price Jr. with Price Edwards and Company represented the buyer. According to county records, Price also is the owner of 20 Broadway Associates LLC. However, it is unclear as to who ultimately will own/occupy the building. Mark Beffort with Grubb & Ellis|Levy Beffort represented Devon in the transaction.

Earlier this summer, Devon Executive Chairman Larry Nichols said during a press conference that he was in dialogue with other CEOs who are considering moving people and, in one case, a corporate headquarters into the Oklahoma City area.
