A recent fundraiser hosted by the University of Oklahoma exceeded its goal by nearly $5,000.

At the 24th annual OU Medicine Corporate Challenge, participants from metro area businesses raised $54,098 for the University of Central Oklahoma’s Endeavor Games for disabled athletes.
Companies both large and small competed in events from running races and basketball to tug-of-war. The three-day event concluded June 3, and exceeded the $32,000 total raised last year for the Endeavor Games. OU Medicine includes the OU Medical Center, Children's Hospital, OU Physicians and OU College of Medicine.
“We’re proud of all of the participants and volunteers and are thrilled to deliver a $54,098 check to the UCO Endeavor Games,” said Kelli Hayward, OU Medicine event coordinator. “We could not have done it without the many corporate sponsors and individuals who generously donated money to this great cause.”
